This LMT Factory built FDE Cerakote rifle utilizes the patented LMT Monolithic Rail Platform (MRP) upper receiver, the only AR-15 upper that incorporates the handguard and receiver as one component. This state-of-the-art design is CNC machined from a single piece of forged aerospace aluminum resulting in benefits and functionality unmatched in the industry. Integrating this upper receiver with an MRP barrel creates an incredibly simplistic modular platform in which the barrel is held in place with a proprietary locking system utilizing two locking bolts on the right side of the receiver. Barrel swaps and caliber changes are easily completed in a few minutes with only a T-30 Torx bit and torque wrench (a factory pre-set torque wrench is available).  Additionally, since the handguard is integral to the receiver you will not experience shifts in point of impact while using aiming devices that are attached directly to the handguard. Nor will you need to purchase expensive cantilever optic mounts.

The MRP-L 13.25″ upper receiver has 18.5″ of uninterrupted 1913 picatinny rail on the 12 o’clock position. The remaining 7 sides provide M-LOK compatible attachment points.

The MARS-L ambidextrous lower receiver features LMT’s EDM machined two-stage trigger, winter trigger guard, endplate with QD swivel point, LMT ergonomic textured grip, and SOPMOD stock. The ambidextrous features include bolt catch and release, magazine catch, and safety selector. As with all LMT lower receivers, the extension tube is coated with dry film lubricant.

This weapon system comes complete with magazine, operator’s manual, and 3 grip panels.

This rifle can be purchased in either Fixed Magazine or Featureless configurations and is fully California Compliant.

Fixed magazine rifles will ship with Maglatch USA’s FNGR magazine catch system installed and no other modifications to the rifle. The rifle can be used with this system, or easily adapted to any other compatible fixed magazine system by the purchaser.

Featureless rifles will ship with a Magpul MOE Fixed Carbine Stock, Strike Industries Simple Featureless grip, and the flash hider removed and replaced with a GrovTec thread protector.
