Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. We accept cards from most major providers including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay and corrections to process your order.

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Dauntless Engineering reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

For items ordered by mistake or other returns, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, as well as any payment processing fees for the chosen payment method, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping. A refund, less the shipping cost, will be provided within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item in new/unused condition. Please confirm that the items you order are compatible with your intended use before purchasing.

All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) Number, please contact us at sales@dauntlessengineering.com or with the Contact Us form to initiate a return.

Shipping Time — Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Local Orders – All orders not claimed or picked up within 3 months (90 calendar days) without prior arrangements made will be considered abandoned, and will be returned to inventory. Refunds, credit, or replacement items may be offered at the discretion of Dauntless Engineering on a case by case basis. Personally owned firearms not claimed within 30 days of order completion will be held for a storage fee of $2 per day, with a minimum fee of $30. 

By using the Website you expressly agree that if there is any dispute arising out of the Website and/or the Products, or in the event of any judicial action arising directly, indirectly, or otherwise in connection with, out of, related to, or from this Agreement or any transaction covered hereby or otherwise arising in connection with the relationship between the parties, regardless of whether such action is brought under contract, tort, statute or otherwise, any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and you expressly agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of California, in Santa Barbara County, for the resolution of any such dispute. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of this Agreement in any jurisdiction other than that specified in this paragraph. You hereby waive any right you may have to assert the doctrine of forum non-conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph and stipulate that the State and Federal Courts located in the County of Santa Barbara, State of California shall have in personam jurisdiction and venue over you for the purpose of litigating any dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. Any final judgment rendered against a party in any action or proceeding shall be conclusive as to the subject of such final judgment and may be enforced in other jurisdictions in any manner provided by law.
